Effective Jan. 1, the FLSA work week for DOF has changed to Monday – Sunday. When you log into Cardinal, the default view of your timesheet should now begin on Monday. The IRS Mileage rate increases to 67 cents, effective Jan. 1, 2024. Internal resources will be updated to reflect this change. DOA will update the Travel Expense Reimbursement Voucher form to reflect the 2024 rate and can be found here: Forms – Virginia Department of Accounts. The Fleet rate of 24.6 cents remains unchanged.Please reach out to Finance if you have any questions or need assistance with mileage reimbursement rates.
