At an early age, Luke developed a love and passion for the outdoors. In 2009, he earned his bachelor’s degree in forestry from Virginia Tech.  For over 15 years, his professional career has provided him with experience in both procurement and consulting forestry across central Virginia. These unique experiences have facilitated his ability to advocate for the landowner while developing and maintaining relationships with a large network of timber buyers and natural resource professionals.  Luke established Ridgeline Forestry Company in 2019 and has been assisting landowners across central Virginia with a variety of timberland management services.

Ridgeline Forestry Company’s mission is to assist clients in achieving their current and future goals and objectives for their property while maximizing the value of their land and forest resources through sound, sustainable forest management that not only ensures the health of their forest resources today but also well into the future for generations to come.  In addition, Luke is a licensed real estate agent with the Commonwealth of Virginia. His knowledge and experience in the forest industry provides him with a unique skillset that goes hand in hand with real estate.  With similarities between forestry and real estate, Luke is excited to foster his lifelong passion while assisting clients and helping them turn their real estate goals into a reality.

Luke also supports and is an active member of the Virginia Forestry Association, Virginia Logger’s Association, and the Society of American Foresters.
